Edit.: They sent me my real Activation code with no explanation. My free weekend is gone and my will to shop again on Gamesload is gone also. Waiting three days for delivery of software activation code is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Do not provide online services and online shop, without adequate staff in support!
Edit..: Wysłali mi mój prawdziwy kod aktywacyjny bez żadnego wyjaśnienia. Mój darmowy weekend przepadł i moja chęć do ponownego zakupu na Gamesload również przepadła. Czekanie trzy dni na dostarczenie kodu aktywacyjnego oprogramowania jest NIEDOPUSZCZALNE. Nie udostępniajcie usług online i sklepu internetowego, bez odpowiedniego personelu do wsparcia!

Zakupiłem Dark Souls Remaster po bardzo korzystnej cenie. Potwierdzenie przyszło od razu, ale zamiast klucza aktywacyjnego jest tylko jakiś domyślny szablon: {_SERIAL_NB_1}. Nie mogę zobaczyć mojego klucza aktywacyjnego na ich stronie. Nie mogę wysłać ponownie maila z moim legalnym kluczem aktywacyjnym. Wypełniłem bilet na ich stronie wsparcia dwa razy. Napisałem do nich maila z prośbą o prawdziwy klucz aktywacyjny, za który zapłaciłem. Brak odpowiedzi przez trzy dni. Zdecydowanie jest to strona SCAM. Nie kupuj niczego!

Bonjour Galdric, tu vas peut être pouvoir m'aider. J'ai acheté le jeu pc farming simulator 2019 en téléchargement ce matin pour mon fils.Après avoir téléchargement l'intégralité du fichier, j'ai fait comme on m'a dit dans le mail de confirmation de commande j'ai lancé l'installation du jeu en double cliquant sur le fichier exe. J'ai des messages d'erreur qui s'affiche ( le fichier source est altéré......) installation impossible !!! que dois je faire ? merci

Kupiłem dziś rano grę pc farming simulator 2019 dla syna i po pobraniu całego pliku, zrobiłem tak jak mi kazano w mailu potwierdzającym zamówienie rozpocząłem instalację gry klikając dwukrotnie na plik exe. Mam komunikaty o błędach, które się pojawiają (plik źródłowy jest uszkodzony......) instalacja niemożliwa !!! co mam zrobić ? dziękuję.

Finalement clé recue moins de 30min après la commande. ( commandée à 11h20 recue avant minuit ) Le message d'attente de sécurité est donc bien automatique :p pas si mal que ca finalement :)
Ostatecznie klucz odbiera w niecałe 30 minut po zamówieniu. ( zamówiony o 11:20 zbiera się przed północą ) Komunikat o oczekiwaniu na ochronę jest zatem automatyczny:p nie jest przecież tak źle :)
